张惠庭
事务所创办人，董事长，一级注册建筑师。曾工作于中国西南建筑设计院；重庆市房管局副总工程师，副局长，设计院院长；1978年至1993年任重庆市建筑勘察设计院教授级高级建筑师，副总建筑师，总建筑师；1994年创办台湾纽华建筑工程设计有限公司任董事长，总建筑师；1995年创办重庆惠庭都市建筑设计事务所任董事长，所长，总建筑师。1984年至1995年任“室内设计”副总编；1979年至1999年任重庆土木学会，建筑师学会常务理事；1987年至1999年任省工业美术学会常务理事；1982年至1992年省政协委员。1991年获国务院有突出贡献的特殊津贴和证书。
